You can return items purchased from FTSR within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that they meet the following conditions:

• Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

• It is within 30 days of original purchase date.

• Item must be returned in same condition as purchased.

• Sale items, cut-to-length items, and custom built items are non-refundable.

• A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied to items ordered incorrectly or when deemed necessary.
